Customer Service Specialist with Czech

We are looking for Customer Service Specialist with Czech language. Daily work involves order management and cooperation with KAM and sales representatives from Czech Republic, as well as handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders. Obowiązki

  • Working as part of a Czech-speaking customer service team
  • Order management (receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer orders and ensuring that customer needs are met)
  • Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with company standards (taking care of the correct flow of documents and communication in relation to orders and logistics).
  • Supporting key account managers and sales representatives in the Czech Republic,
  • Improving customer service procedures and ways of working
  • Handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising with relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve procurement issues.

Wymagania

Necessary requirements:

  • Czech C1
  • English B1
  • Polish B1
  • Elementary knowledge about customer service and order management

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP or other similar order management systems.
  • 1 year of experience in order management or customer service.
